Kiet and Julie Duong, the husband-and-wife duo behind Crawfish Cafe, are set to launch Pho Prime, a new fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Houston, as they return to their culinary roots. The first location opened in Shenandoah-The Woodlands just before the New Year, with additional locations in the Galleria and Pearland anticipated within two months. Pho Prime will feature a build-your-own pho option, with broth made fresh daily and a variety of meats, vegetables, and herbs available for customization, including a vegan option. Beyond pho, the menu will showcase traditional dishes such as bun bo Hue and banh mi, aiming to provide a modern twist on classic Vietnamese flavors. Each location will span approximately 2,000 square feet, offering a comfortable dining experience along with carry-out, delivery, and catering services.

Open daily from 11 a. m. to 9 p. m. , Pho Prime is designed to cater to the busy lifestyles of Houstonians.

The Duongs' extensive experience in the restaurant industry positions them well to compete in Houston's vibrant Vietnamese dining scene. Their commitment to creating comforting and delicious food underlines their passion for this new venture.
