Community Services Employment Training (CSET) has celebrated the grand opening of its new Tulare Family Resource Center & Employment Connection Affiliate at 155 North K St. , marking a significant expansion in the services it offers to the local community. Previously located in a smaller facility, the new center boasts three meeting rooms, allowing staff to better serve clients and conduct various programs.
