Chipotle to celebrate National Quesadilla Day with giveaways

Visalia, CALocal News

Chipotle is gearing up to celebrate National Quesadilla Day by giving away up to $1 million in free quesadillas, an event designed to engage its fan base. The promotion will launch with a scavenger hunt on social media platforms, where codes for a “buy-one-entree-get-one-quesadilla” offer, or “BOGO,” will be released. This initiative allows up to 21,000 fans to enjoy a free quesadilla with their entree purchase. Popular TikTok creators will also participate, sharing their favorite quesadilla combinations while providing text-to-claim codes for their followers. Additionally, customers can snag free quesadillas by placing orders through Uber Eats and DoorDash with minimum spending requirements.

Chipotle is also highlighting its cheese-centric offerings, noting they expect to purchase nearly 70 million pounds of cheese this year. The celebration aligns with Chipotle's broader marketing strategy, which includes innovative promotions and collaborations with social media influencers. This event not only promotes customer engagement but also boosts sales during a significant food holiday.
