HCSO deputy airlifted to hospital after drunk driver crashed into patrol car: FHP
In a troubling incident in Ruskin, Florida, Deputy Ivan Clark of the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office was airlifted to a hospital after a drunk driver collided with his patrol car on Saturday night. The deputy was responding to a call about a reckless driver when 25-year-old Uriel Garcia Nestor ran a stop sign while driving a gray Ford F-150. The resulting crash caused Clark's unmarked Chevrolet Tahoe to flip multiple times, and he was thrown from the vehicle. After the crash, law enforcement determined Garcia Nestor had a blood alcohol content of 0. 121 and arrested him on multiple charges, including DUI injury and driving with a suspended license.
