Regional bank opens its third branch in Pierce County. Here are the details

Kitsap Bank has recently inaugurated its third branch in Pierce County, located in Tacoma at 1498 Pacific Ave. , Suite 100, right on the Link Light Rail T Line. This marks the bank’s first full-service branch in Tacoma, equipped with two Interactive Teller Services (ITS) machines that allow customers to connect with tellers via video for more complex transactions. The branch is led by Theresa Portmann as the vice president and branch manager, with Melissa Larson serving as the assistant branch manager. CEO Steve Politakis emphasized that this expansion is a natural progression of the bank's commitment to the Pierce County community, providing a dedicated hub for better client service in the Tacoma area.

Operating hours for the branch are Monday to Friday from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. , while ITS machines are accessible from 8 a.

m. to 7 p. m. The bank, which boasts $1. 6 billion in assets, operates 18 locations across six counties in Western Washington.

Marketing director Janet Silcott highlighted that the Tacoma branch enhances accessibility for existing and new clients, particularly those east of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. Kitsap Bank aims to strengthen its community ties and deliver high-quality banking solutions to its clients.
