Kitsap Bank has officially opened its first full-service branch in Tacoma, located at 1498 Pacific Ave. , Suite 100, enhancing its footprint in Pierce County. This strategic move is designed to improve banking accessibility for the local community, particularly for clients east of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. The branch features two Interactive Teller Services machines, which provide the functionality of traditional ATMs while allowing customers to connect with live tellers via video for more complex transactions, extending service hours beyond typical banking times. Steve Politakis, the bank's CEO, highlighted this expansion as a natural progression in their longstanding commitment to serving the area.

The branch operates Monday through Friday, with regular banking hours from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. and ITS machine availability from 8 a.
