The Final Environmental Impact Statement (Final EIS) for the Home in Tacoma initiative has been released, thoroughly analyzing the potential environmental impacts of the proposed zoning changes. On September 24, 2024, the Tacoma City Council conducted a public hearing where community members shared their insights on the zoning and standards package.
