Popular St. Pete steakhouse Howard Seltzers will close its doors on September 29 after nearly three decades of operation. Originally opened in 1995 as Sam Seltzers Steakhouse in Tampa, the establishment will transition into a Dignity Memorial-branded celebration of life center following the owner's retirement.
