Mayor Ken Welch’s City Hall on Tour event series will return Wednesday, Aug. 18, at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. The initiative allows constituents to speak with city administrators, department directors, staff and law enforcement officials. The family-friendly event will feature light refreshments and runs from 5:30 p.
m. until 7:30 p. m.
