Learn Chinese with Continuing Education at Shoreline CC

Shoreline Community College is launching a series of online Chinese language classes starting January 14, 2025, under the guidance of instructor Yingqi Zheng. Catering to students aged 12 and older, the program includes Level 1 Integrated Chinese courses, which focus on fundamental aspects such as Pinyin, tones, vocabulary, and grammar. The courses are designed to foster a communicative approach to learning, ensuring that students can engage with the language effectively. In addition to the foundational classes, the college offers preparation for the HSK certification, specifically for Levels 1 and 2, targeting beginners and those ready to advance their skills. Each course is structured over nine weeks, with all necessary materials provided electronically to facilitate an optimal learning experience.
