The Pullman Police Department has issued an arrest warrant for Aung, who is accused of first-degree custodial interference after allegedly breaching a court-ordered parenting plan. Nadia's parents shared their heartbreak in a public statement, noting that their daughter was preparing for a much-anticipated family vacation to Italy when she vanished.
