A tragic accident involving an ATV in north Phoenix resulted in the death of 17-year-old Edith Ochoa early Monday morning. The crash occurred around 4 a. m. near Beardsley Road and 47th Avenue, close to Loop 101. The Phoenix Police Department reported that the 2017 Can-Am ATV was the only vehicle involved in the incident.

Upon arrival, emergency responders found Ochoa unresponsive and she was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
