The event promises an immersive casino experience on the 11th floor of the Kimpton Hotel Monaco, featuring live music, inventive cocktails, and a variety of gourmet hors d’oeuvres. Guests can opt to participate in table games like blackjack and roulette for an additional fee, earning “Stratus bucks” for gameplay. Beverage Manager Patrick Banko will debut a new seasonal cocktail menu, complemented by curated dishes from Stratus and its sister restaurant, Red Owl Tavern.
