Fleur's is poised to become a vibrant addition to East Kensington, Philadelphia, encompassing a restaurant, boutique hotel, event space, and rooftop bar. Led by seasoned hospitality professionals Josh Mann, Graham Gernsheimer, and Chef George Sabatino, the venue will focus on French cuisine and locally sourced ingredients. A preview event, “A First Taste of Fleur’s,” scheduled for April 19, invites guests to enjoy a five-course meal for $135. The restaurant will accommodate 30 guests, including a raw bar and private dining room, with plans to open the first floor and mezzanine in spring 2025. Weekend brunch will also be offered shortly after the restaurant's debut.

Chef Sabatino intends to create a menu that changes with the seasons, drawing inspiration from local farms and waterways. He emphasizes the importance of sustainable practices and intends to showcase the best of regional produce.
