The City of Olympia is proactively assisting residents in managing the aftermath of a recent snowstorm by offering free drop-off locations for vegetation debris on Saturday, February 23, and Sunday, February 24. City Manager Steve Hall highlighted the severe impact of the storm on the community and the need for a smooth cleanup process. This service is exclusively for Olympia residents, who must provide proof of residency, such as a driver's license or utility bill, before disposing of debris at either location. The Westside drop-off point is at Dirt Works, accessible via Alta Street off Capital Mall Drive, while the Eastside site is located at 1000 10th SE, Olympia, WA. Both sites will be operational from 8:00 a.

m. to 3:00 p. m. on both days. This initiative underscores the city's commitment to facilitating a swift recovery for its citizens.
