Indigenous women in Surrey will have new complex-care housing, support
Starting in April 2025, Indigenous women in Surrey will have access to new complex-care housing designed to support those facing mental health and substance use challenges. This initiative will provide safe and culturally supportive living arrangements for 10 women, ensuring they receive comprehensive, person-centered care tailored to their specific needs. Services will include access to primary care, mental health and substance use support, counseling, and daily living resources.
