City Seeks Volunteers for Design Review Board

The City of Mill Creek is calling for volunteers to serve on its Design Review Board, with three positions open for candidates who are passionate about urban design. The Board meets monthly on the third Thursday at 5:15 p. m. to evaluate and make decisions on site plans, building elevations, landscaping, and other elements critical to maintaining the city's visual quality. Professionals in architecture, landscape architecture, and urban planning are encouraged to apply, regardless of their residency status.

Interested applicants can obtain the application form by emailing the city’s communications department. Completed applications must be submitted by 5:00 p. m. on February 14, 2022, either by mail, in person, or via email. This initiative highlights the city's commitment to enhancing its urban aesthetics through community participation.
