This land handout will bring apartments to Lynnwood light rail station

Up to 167 low-rent apartments are set to be constructed at Lynnwood City Center Station, utilizing leftover land from Sound Transit. Developed by nonprofit Housing Hope, the project will also include community services like a medical-dental clinic and behavioral health center, addressing the region's affordable housing crisis.
