Salt & Straw Ice Cream will open a new scoop shop in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood in 2025, marking its fourth location in the city. Located at 2201 Queen Anne Ave. N. , the shop will operate daily from 11 a. m.

to 11 p. m. Co-founder Kim Malek highlighted the neighborhood's charm and history, stating it is an ideal place to bring joy to the community. The company plans to hire approximately 20 local employees, focusing on inclusivity and supporting individuals facing employment barriers, including those from the BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. The menu will feature classic flavors and monthly rotating options that reflect seasonal ingredients and local collaborations, celebrating Seattle's culinary heritage through partnerships with local businesses like Beecher’s Cheese and Fran’s Chocolates.
