Authorities seek help identifying partial skull found in Lynnwood park
Authorities in Lynnwood are requesting the public's help in identifying a partial skull found at Scriber Lake Park by a homeless man on March 24. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office reported that the remains consist of a 'skeletonized cranium' without the mandible. Medical examiners believe the remains likely belong to a Black male over 25 years old who had been deceased for at least a year. Forensic analyses, including dental examinations, have been conducted, and results submitted to national databases like NCIC and NamUS, but no matches have been found. The unidentified man is currently referred to as the 'Scriber Lake Doe.
