Users are required to log in and take necessary actions by November 15, 2024, to continue utilizing auto-payment services. While existing logins will remain valid, customers must re-enroll in auto-pay through the new platform. The upgraded system introduces several new features, including Quick Pay, which allows users to make payments without needing to create an account. Additionally, a new E-check payment option is available for all payment types.

Customers can also schedule payments in advance, providing greater flexibility in managing their utility bills.
