New and Improved Utility Billing Payment Website is Live

Lynnwood, WALocal News

The City of Lynnwood, Washington, has announced the launch of its upgraded Utility Billing Payment Website, designed to improve the experience for utility customers, effective September 12, 2024. Customers currently using auto-payment or the Self-Service website must log in and take action by November 15, 2024, to ensure continued service. Those with existing logins can access the new site using the same credentials but will need to re-enroll in auto-pay. The new website features a Quick Pay option that allows payments without a login, a new e-check payment method for various payment types, and the ability to schedule payments in advance. Users are encouraged to create an online account for easy management of payment methods, including auto-pay enrollments, and to set up email reminders for bills and payments.

The city emphasizes that these upgrades will facilitate easier access to billing information and account activity. For assistance, customers can reach out to the Utility Billing department directly. Visit the new site at [www. LynnwoodWA. gov/UB](http://www.
