Sound Healing Workshop is Feb. 24 - City of Lakewood

Registration is now open for a Sound Healing Workshop at the Pavilion in Fort Steilacoom Park, scheduled for February 24, 2024. Participants will experience Kirtan chanting, crystal singing bowls, and restorative yoga, promoting wellness and connection. An introductory Yin/Yang Yoga class on February 8 offers a preview of Kirtan chanting for those interested.
