The victim was driving a 2011 Ford Ranger, which flipped onto its side after being struck while legally entering the roadway from a private drive. Emergency responders arrived promptly, and firefighters used specialized tools to extract the man from his vehicle; however, he unfortunately died en route to the hospital despite immediate medical aid. The BMW driver, a 21-year-old resident of Renton, stayed at the scene and is fully cooperating with the ongoing investigation conducted by the Kent Police Traffic Unit. Officers are diligently collecting evidence and witness statements to determine the crash's cause and contributing factors.
