IHCA Board of Directors Elections 2024 Voting Process

The Issaquah Highlands Community Association (IHCA) is facilitating online voting for its Board of Directors elections, which will remain open until June 17, 2024. The nominating committee has approved one candidate for reelection, with no nominations for districts 2 and 4. Voting is conducted through the Votegrity platform, which allows homeowners to receive a unique PIN code via email for access to voting instructions and candidate bios. In addition to electing board members, voters will also consider IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604, which allows the IHCA to carry over excess operating income to the next year. Homeowners can request paper ballots if necessary.

All votes must be submitted by June 17 at 5 p. m. , with results announced during the IHCA Annual Community Meeting on June 24, 2024.
