It offers a comprehensive range of resources, including an Edmonds Pledge of Equity and tools for assessing organizational practices through an equity lens. Additionally, the toolkit features a curated selection of books, workbooks, websites, and podcasts aimed at educating business owners and their staff on dismantling racism and fostering diversity. Courtney Wooten, a local consultant specializing in inclusivity training, played a vital role in compiling these resources for the commission.
