Witnesses have described the suspect as a young male in his teens or early twenties with a small stature. In response to the growing concern and need for public assistance, police have increased the reward for information leading to the identification of the shooter to $7,500. Little, who was pronounced dead at the scene, had also been a victim in an earlier shooting incident in April 2023, though no connections between the two cases have been established.
