Chelan County Fair announces special vendor spots for local nonprofits
The Chelan County Fair, taking place from September 4–7, 2025, is set to offer nonprofit organizations the opportunity to rent vendor spaces at a significantly reduced price. A standard 10-foot by 10-foot booth, which usually costs $150, will be available for just $25 for nonprofits, including a vendor pass for one person. For booths that require more than one staff member, additional vendor passes can be purchased at $14 for the entire event or $10 per day. Despite the reduced fees, all vendors are still required to obtain liability insurance, with options available through the Chelan County Liability Program. Nonprofits must also bring their own equipment, including a tent, which must be weighted down, as well as tables and chairs.
This initiative is designed to support local nonprofits in spreading awareness about their missions and the positive impact they make in the community. According to event organizers, this approach aligns with their commitment to giving back to the community. Nonprofits interested in participating can complete an application on the Fair's website.
