102nd Ave NE Bridge Repair Update
The City of Bothell has announced the results of a comprehensive community budget survey conducted to inform the 2025-26 biennial budget. With over 1,000 households participating, the survey utilized both a statistically valid address-based sample and an open online link to ensure broad representation. Notably, 81% of respondents rated Bothell as a good or excellent place to live, with 80% willing to recommend the city to others. However, the survey also uncovered areas of concern, such as only 54% of residents feeling the city is moving in the right direction and a significant portion dissatisfied with their opportunities for input. Key issues identified by residents include the need to balance growth with quality of life and the provision of adequate public services.
The top budget priorities for the next biennium include road maintenance, public safety services, and the enhancement of parks and recreational areas. These findings will inform future budget discussions and community engagement efforts. The City expresses gratitude to all who participated and emphasizes the importance of ongoing dialogue.
