The Bellevue Downtown Association (BDA) is set to celebrate its Annual Celebration on February 6, 2025, where it will award the prestigious 2025 Placemaking Awards to notable contributors shaping Downtown Bellevue. Visit Bellevue is recognized for its dynamic tourism programming, which enhances the local community and economy. Skanska's Eight Development, a 25-story LEED Gold building, is also honored, having achieved 72% leasing by January 2024. Sterling Realty Organization transformed Symetra's lobby, creating a modern space for conferences and community engagement. Vulcan Real Estate's Tower555 and West Main complex are recognized for their significant impact on the downtown skyline and business district.

Attendees will hear from keynote speaker Joy Shigaki, who will discuss the power of public-private partnerships in fostering transformative investments. The event showcases how collaborative efforts continue to drive the growth and vibrancy of Bellevue's downtown area. This celebration not only honors past achievements but also sets the stage for future developments and community engagement.
