The Main & Bellevue project, spearheaded by Bosa Development, is set to redefine the landscape at 102 Bellevue Way Northeast as it transitions from commercial buildings to a residential complex. With a total of 455 residential units planned across three 27-story towers, the project aims to enhance the urban environment and address housing needs in Bellevue. The development will include approximately 756 parking stalls, retail space, and inviting public plaza areas, fostering community interaction. The first phase of the project will see the demolition of the existing strip mall and the construction of a 26-story tower featuring 147 residential units, with construction slated to commence in spring 2026. Following this, Phase 2 will bring two additional towers, providing 153 and 154 units, with work expected to begin in spring 2029.
The architectural vision is being crafted by Amanat Architect, known for their innovative designs. This redevelopment not only aims to meet the growing demand for housing in Bellevue but also to create a vibrant community space. The project reflects Bellevue's commitment to modern living and urban development, making it a noteworthy addition to the city's landscape.
