Bosa Development has recently applied for Master Development Plan and Design Review approval for their planned project, Main & Bellevue, according to a City of Bellevue application. It is located at 102 Bellevue Way Northeast. The development, which is slated to be completed in two phases, involves the replacement of three existing commercial buildings with three 27-story residential towers. The overall project will encompass 455 residential units, approximately 756 parking stalls, retail space, and public plaza areas. The current site, which includes a strip mall with surface parking, office space, and residential multi-family units, will be completely transformed.

Phase 1 of the project involves demolishing the strip mall and constructing one of the residential towers. This phase includes the design review for a 26-story residential tower with 147 units, ground floor active uses, and approximately 295 parking stalls. Construction for Phase 1 is set to begin in spring 2026. Phase 2 will include the demolition of a stand-alone building and the construction of two additional residential towers. The two towers in Phase 2 will complete the development, with Tower 2 containing 153 units and Tower 3 housing 154 units.

Construction for Phase 2 is scheduled to start in spring 2029. The architectural design for the residential towers is being handled by Amanat Architect, a Vancouver-based firm.
