Bosa Development has submitted an application for the Master Development Plan and Design Review for its Main & Bellevue project, aimed at revitalizing a section of Bellevue at 102 Bellevue Way Northeast. The development will replace three existing commercial buildings with three new 27-story residential towers, offering a total of 455 residential units, along with retail spaces and public plaza areas. The first phase focuses on demolishing a strip mall and constructing a 26-story tower that will feature 147 units and approximately 295 parking stalls, with construction slated to begin in spring 2026. Following this, Phase 2 will involve the demolition of a standalone building and the addition of two more towers, which will house 153 and 154 units, respectively, with construction expected to kick off in spring 2029. This project is set to significantly transform the current site, which includes a strip mall, office spaces, and multi-family residential units.
The design for these residential towers is being crafted by Amanat Architect, a Vancouver-based architectural firm known for its modern designs. The project is expected to enhance the urban landscape of Bellevue, providing both housing and retail opportunities to meet the growing demand in the area. Local residents and stakeholders are likely to keep a close eye on this development as it unfolds.
