Spirit Halloween is preparing to open a pop-up shop in Downtown Bellevue, taking over the space previously occupied by Toys 'R Us at 103 110th Avenue Northeast. The upcoming store will provide a variety of Halloween costumes for children, adults, and even pets, along with accessories and decorations to celebrate the spooky season. In addition to this new location, Spirit Halloween has an operational store in Factoria, which was once a Bartell Drugs. The Downtown Bellevue site is part of a larger vision for redevelopment, as Hines Development has submitted a Land Use application for a multi-use project that will encompass 1. 4 million square feet.

The existing buildings, including those that housed Office Depot and Toys 'R Us, are set to be demolished to make way for this new development. The 6. 75-acre property is strategically located between Main and Second Streets and 108th and 110th Avenues Northeast. Customers interested in shopping at Spirit Halloween can take advantage of a 20% off coupon available on their website. This development signifies ongoing changes in the Downtown Bellevue area, reflecting the community's growth and evolving retail landscape.
