R+M Dessert Bar to Open Flagship Location in Bellevue

R+M Dessert Bar is preparing to launch its flagship location in Bellevue, Washington, at 1025 108th Ave NE, further expanding its influence in the dessert industry. Founded in Capitol Hill by chefs Rod Gambassi and Marc Adams in 2017, R+M is celebrated for its innovative dessert concepts. The new Bellevue establishment will feature a takeaway boutique, offering a selection of desserts and wines, alongside R+M’s Signature packaged items such as cookies and gourmet nuts. The venue will accommodate 20 guests for dine-in experiences, including FOUR Dessert Experiences and Afternoon Tea, creating a refined atmosphere for dessert lovers. Additionally, a private dining area will cater to groups of six or more, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Chef Gambassi emphasized the search for a location that would allow for creative dessert making while offering a suitable space for patrons. Chef Adams noted the inspiration drawn from dessert bars in other cities, highlighting a void in the Pacific Northwest's dessert offerings. The Bellevue location aims to provide a sophisticated dining experience while maintaining the beloved qualities of the original Capitol Hill site.
