ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Reality Star Julie Chrisley will be resentenced Wednesday after her sentence for bank fraud and tax evasion was vacated by an appeals court earlier this year. Chrisley was originally sentenced to nearly six years in prison after she and her husband, Todd, were found guilty in 2022 of “conspiring to defraud banks and the IRS out of millions of dollars. ” The U. S.
Government is now asking for a seven-year prison sentence. The court upheld her husband’s sentence. He is currently serving 12 years in prison.
